INDICATIONS
Treatment of infestations with adult trematodes, hepatic and gastrointestinal nematodes, pulmonary nematodes, ocular nematodes and/or lice and ticks in beef cattle or non-lactating dairy cows.
Animec Super injectable solution for cattle treats:

Persistent activity
When cattle need to graze on a pasture infested with nematode larvae.
It may be used as an adjunct in the treatment of chewing lice (Damalinia bovis) and Chorioptes bovis mites, but elimination may not occur.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
This product must not be used intravenously or intramuscularly. This product is a low-volume formulation authorized for use in cattle. It must not be used in other species as severe adverse reactions, including death, may occur, especially in dogs of the Collie, Old English Sheepdog breeds, and related breeds. ...

DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION, AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Animec Super injectable solution for cattle contains 1% w/v (10 mg/ml) ivermectin and 10% w/v (100 mg/ml) closantel in a sterile solution. The recommended dose is 1 ml for every 50 kg body weight by subcutaneous injection. This dose provides 200 µg ivermectin and 2 mg closantel per kg of body weight. DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION For animals over 300 kg, administer 1 ml per 50 kg body weight. To ensure correct dosing, body weight should be determined as accurately as possible. If animals need to be treated collectively rather than individually, to avoid under- or overdosing, they should be grouped according to body weight and the dose adjusted accordingly. Administer only by subcutaneous injection.Larger doses of over 10 ml should be administered at two different injection sites. The treatment period should be based on epidemiological factors and must be adapted for each individual farm. A dosing schedule should be established by a qualified professional.
